PhD & Postdoc Workshop am 13.03.2024

Am 13.03.2024 findet ein ganztägiger PhD & Postdoc Workshop der AG prospektive LCSA zur „Prospective Assessment of Energy Technologies and Systems“ am gleichen Standort statt.

Geplanter Ablauf: Start um 09.00 Uhr, Ende um 17.00 Uhr

Beschreibung: The energy and mobility transition needs new technological solutions and energy systems will change accordingly, e.g. with regard to the share of renewable energies and decentralised solutions. The extent to which the technical and systemic innovations actually lead to reduced environmental impacts, taking into account also social and economic aspects, is an important field of research that is addressed by prospective approaches for Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA). At the HGF, there are various research groups working on this topic and pooling their expertise within the PoF IV program of Energy System Design (ESD). In order to promote exchange, especially among young scientists, we would like to invite for a workshop where young scientists (e.g. Master's students, PhD students, recent graduates, and Postdocs) have the opportunity to present their work on prospective LCSA for technologies and systems.
