This year’s workshop of the work packages will take place on 03.05.2024. Here you can find the preliminary agenda for the work shop with the key times. Please use the registration form to register for the event until 14.04.2024.

Planned schedule: Start at 09.00 am, end at 04.30 pm

Location: Friendly Cityhotel Oktopus in Siegburg

Accommodation: In case getting there requires one or two overnight stays, a room contingent is reserved until 14.04.2024. The booking of the rooms has to be done by the participants themselves. When booking, please name "RESUR Workshop" as reference so that the contingent can be allocated.

Prices: 02.05.2024 – 03.05.2024: 105€ per night and room; 02.05.2024 – 04.05.2024:  93€ per night and room

Arrival to the Friendly Cityhotel: It is possible to arrive by train or by car, and the hotel has available parking spaces. Siegburg is well connected to the ICE network. The walk from the train station to the hotel takes about 25 minutes. Alternatively, bus lines 510, 511 and 515 run directly from the train station to the hotel every 5 minutes, each taking about 10 minutes to cover the distance.

Catering: Lunch and dinner (Menubox to go) are included in the conference fee and are therefore covered by the project. For the people arriving a day earlier, an option to join a common dinner on 02.05.2024 is available.
